The terms that apply to michaelgreenrealty.com and to contacting us through it. Effective September 21, 2026.

This agreement

By using this website you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. "We" and "us" mean Michael Green Realty and Investment.

Information, not advice

Everything on this site is general information about our practice and the communities we serve. It is not real estate, mortgage, financial, tax or legal advice for your situation, and it is not an offer to lend or an offer to buy or sell any property. Market conditions, loan programs, rates and qualification rules change, and what applies to you depends on facts we can only learn by talking with you. Where the site describes what past clients have done, results vary and nothing on the site promises a particular outcome, price, rate or savings.

No client relationship until we agree one

Sending a message through the site, calling or emailing us does not make you our client and does not create an agency, fiduciary or lender relationship. Those relationships begin only when you sign a listing agreement, a buyer representation agreement, a loan application or another written agreement with us, and they are governed by that document and the disclosures that go with it. Until then, please do not send confidential financial details through the contact form.

Michael Green is a real estate broker licensed by the California Department of Real Estate, license number 00981395, and a mortgage loan originator registered with the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System, NMLS number 234606. You can verify a real estate license at the Department of Real Estate's license lookup and a mortgage license at NMLS Consumer Access. Real estate services are offered through Michael Green Realty and Investment, 17037 Chatsworth St. #201, Granada Hills, CA 91344. Agents shown on this site who are not the broker work under his license and supervision.

The text, photographs, logos and design of this site belong to Michael Green Realty and Investment or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. Copying, republishing or using the content for any other purpose requires our written permission. Property information that appears on the site is believed reliable but is not guaranteed and should be verified independently.

Links to other sites

The site may link to other websites, such as licensing lookups or community resources. We do not control them, we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site or the contact form to send spam, unlawful content, malicious code or anything that interferes with the site or with other people's use of it, and not to attempt to gain access to any part of the site or its hosting that is not intended for the public.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, including that it will be error-free or always available. To the fullest extent the law allows, Michael Green Realty and Investment and its agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under California law, and nothing here changes the duties we owe you under a written agreement once you become a client.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute about the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Disputes about a transaction are governed by the agreement for that transaction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, is always the one posted here. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
