Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use this site, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboards or magnification. Updated September 21, 2026.

The standard we work to

The site is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. That is the standard most public-facing websites are measured against in the United States.

What we have done

Text and background colors meet the contrast ratios the guidelines call for. Every page can be navigated with a keyboard alone, and the element you have reached is always visibly outlined. Photographs carry text descriptions for screen readers, and decorative images are marked so they are skipped. Headings follow a logical order so you can move through a page by heading. The site works at any zoom level and reflows on a phone without sideways scrolling. Form fields have visible labels, required fields are marked, and the form tells you when something is missing. Motion is kept to a minimum and respects the reduced-motion setting on your device. Nothing on the site flashes.

Where we may fall short

Property photographs and documents supplied by third parties may not always carry complete descriptions. If you find a page that does not work with your assistive technology, we would like to know so we can fix it.
