Chelsea Glauber is an attorney turned one-stop-shop real estate professional who brings uncommon depth, care, and strategy to the homebuying process. She serves as both a real estate agent and a mortgage broker/lender, allowing her clients to move from preparation to keys-in-hand through a single, seamless experience.

Not afraid of a fixer, for herself or her clients, Chelsea puts her extensive HGTV education to good use renovating her own multifamily property and advising clients and friends on renovation and value-add projects. She brings both vision and practicality to every property she touches.

Outside of real estate, Chelsea is deeply passionate about her volunteer work with Hug It Forward, a nonprofit that helps communities build Bottle Schools in rural Guatemala. Constructed from eco-bricks—plastic bottles filled with inorganic waste—these schools address environmental sustainability, education, and community empowerment. To date, Hug It Forward has helped build over 150 schools, and the impact of this work motivates Chelsea to return year after year. Supporting others in experiencing the life-changing magic of these volunteer trips is one of her life’s missions.

Michael Green has served the Los Angeles, Ventura, and Riverside Counties for more than 30 years, and continues to do so.  His Primary areas of service have been the San Fernando Valley cities and Los Angeles-specific areas.  Michael Green is the Broker-Owner of Michael Green Realty and Investment.

About 85% of his clientele have been Southern California K-12 Educators and Staff, as well as Educators, Administrators, and Staff at the 9 campuses of the Los Angeles Community College District, and specific LAUSD educators.  Yet, he readily and eagerly serves all California residents who seek his assistance with Real Estate matters.

Over the last 35 years, Michael has served on three Charter School Boards in the San Fernando Valley, and presently serves on the Board of a very successful Charter School that he is quite proud of.   There are many loan programs available, specific to Educators and the general public, that allow buyers to purchase with ZERO down, 1.5% down, and 3.5% down. Michael employs this Lending specialty wherever possible to aid new buyers.

Since 1994  there have been two economically disruptive periods in California, first was the 1994 Earthquake and the second was the economic bust that occurred about 2006.  Both times, HUD reached out to Michael Green and his offices to help cure their backlog of foreclosures, thus contracting his office To  List their foreclosed Homes to aid future Home Buyers with the opportunity to become Home Owners and unburden the  U.S.  Government of these properties to allow the Public to Take Advantage of a Wonderful buying opportunity.

Michael Green’s goal is to assist as many residents as possible in becoming Home Owners and in capturing what is probably the most beneficial financial tool for any American.   His experience with many types of loan programs
